SHIPPING POLICY
Each product takes roughly 6 weeks to complete the product, this does not include shipping time you see at check out.
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please keep an eye on your email, for that is how I contact my customers.
As we know, postal services can fluctuate depending on upcoming holidays, employment issues within the postal office, and on rare occasions pandemics- please be courteous when shipping arrives late. If there is ever a situation where I can not produce product on expected 6 week deadline, I will notify you immediately.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $X flat rate shipping to [list countries].
Local Pick-Up - ONLY AVALIABLE FOR IN PERSON CONSULTATIONS!!
If you would like to pick up locally, please select that option at check out. I am local to Sycamore, Illinois, USA. I do not do drop-offs and all orders must be picked up at the address given to you once your order is ready. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are on a request basis. We will be in contact prior to the product being completed and that is when we can communicate on what the best time is to coordinate pick-up.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries.
If relevant you can also include countries you don’t ship to: At this time, we do not ship to [list of countries].
If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Timeless Treasures is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the requested days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us via email with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS AN ERROR WAS MADE BY THE CREATOR OF THE PIECE. These examples can be found in our full refund policy.
We do not accept returns do to the piece being made of specific materials. Therefore, if you notice your piece is messed up from creator error, please contact us and we would be happy to help!
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@timelesstreasures.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
